I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and experienced Play Therapist, who is committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I work individually with adults, couples and children on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I can offer a special "Student" rates for those studying on a Counselling course.
I offer and facilitate support groups for women suffering with Post or Ante Natal Depression in addition to individual counselling.
Therapeutic Play Therapy is used where necessary.

An 8 Week Course, running on Sundays at NW London & Hertfordshire venues.
This is a group aimed at women who are currently suffering with Post Natal Depression
